No, it doesn't sound too good to be true, it's actually possible if you change the way you think.

WHY DO I NEED ANOTHER DIET? I'M GLAD YOU ASKED. BECAUSE DIETING SUCKS. LEARN ABOUT OUR NO-BULLSH*T APPROACH:

 

Most weight-loss concepts are based on eating less, cutting out (healthy) fats, counting calories and are often too strict and not sustainable...and not even based on natural evolutionary eating. Plus: where's the fun in life? If you're not training to become a champion-bodybuilder then it's not worth the emotional struggle, nor is it sustainable (but if you still wanna do it then be our guest).

A No-B.S. approach is a common-sense, no self-sabotage restructuring of your life by focusing on: 

  • eating patterns: what behaviors do you have that are stopping you from burning more fat? Achieve "metabolic flexibility" which means you teach your body to use fat as energy, and not just carbs.

  • lifestyle management: what does your day and week look like, and how can we make nutrition and fitness work for your schedule? What is Plan B when things don't go as planned?

  • No calorie counting: if we humans were meant to count calories we would be born with a calorie tracker in our brain. It's not purely the amount of calories that are hurting you, but most importantly the quality of the foods that affect your body, including hormone production.

  • hormone management: one of the most important hormones for your health and weight is insulin. Manage your blood sugar and cortisol (the stress hormone) to burn morn fat, have more productivity and prevent diabetes.

  • a healthy relationship with foods (and yourself): do you sometimes eat more chocolate or ice cream that you should? Do you often eat even when you're not hungry? Are you using food as a tool to manage stress? Change your eating habits by changing your behaviors.

  • accountability: it's great when you want to make a change but when you do it all by yourself and there's no one there to look over your shoulders, then it's just to easy to give up and not get the results you want. Have a partner who supports you on your journey to create a healthier and healthier-looking body.

Having a fat-burning body is not about finding the right diet. It's about NOT BULLSHI**ING YOURSELF. How do we know? Because we've coached hundreds of people who thought that eating more salad was the key to success.
